ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Once you have placed your order, we will package and post your item to the address specified during your purchase. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for address mistakes.
We ask that you check the address before completing your payment.
It can take up to 10 working days to fully create and process your order, prior to dispatch.
We accept all major credit cards via paypal
WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
BoSa Candles use several different types of postal service providers, including the Royal Mail, DPD and DHL. We currently DO NOT ship internationally.
If you have any questions or would like to arrange delivery via your preferred courier you can always get in touch with us either through social media or the 'Lets Chat' function below.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Currently we do not offer any form of gift card. However, we are always happy to try and accommodate our clients needs so please message us with any requests and we will always do our best
CAN YOU SOURCE MY FAVOURITE FRAGRANCE?
We get asked this a lot, we currently stock over 30 fragrances including many designer dupe fragrances. However or managing director, Sara, has a passion for fragrance, so if we do not currently offer the fragrance that you want then get in touch and we will do all we can to source this for you.
